OVERALL GOAL///TRANSFORM MY BODY
"I completely stopped lifting and ate terribly for 2 yrs (gained 75 lbs). I finally got back into the gym Feb 2014â¦by Sept I lost 50 lbs and gained back a decent amount of muscle in the process. I'm now doing a 20 wk bulk, followed by a 16 wk cut "
