OVERALL GOAL///GAIN MUSCLE

"Get to 240 all muscle. I've come from 147 to 232 now (only barely seeing outline of abs) and i want to get about 20 more pounds of muscle then shred the fat. (No roids or test products, although i'm not hating on those who use them!"
