Haven't trained with any consistency in some time. Due to work and life in general. Things are starting to calm down now (i think) So did my first workout Saturday evening. Put on some unwanted weight. So im 193 pounds now. Which honestly messed with my head a little. Just looking to lean out and build some muscle. Hope everyone has a wonderful day!!😊
