Extremely pleased with the results of a two and half hour session. While individuals half my age, including high school varsity players needing a break in between 3 games, my body's endurance is a beautiful thing the more I take care of it. No mouth breathing or break needed. Consistently focused throughout and finished with 95 percent passing and one goal, 3 assists out of the center midfield. Now to shower and rest for the week to come. Goodnight to you.
