so today has been particularly difficulty in the staying motivated category. trying to finish the last couple of weeks has always been a struggle of mine, but also i have noticed some really good improvements as well since starting this challenge. for some reason though, i just want to ditch the diet and have some ice cream. luckily, or not, depending on how you look at it, Haagen-Dazs retired my flavor so i cannot get it anymore. so that does help. just push on till tomorrow. small steps to the finish.

Good evening fit fam. Back and bi's today for my Monday lunch escape. "B" workout. Row focus. Did 5 sets of high pulley rows, 5 sets of seated cable rows, 5 sets of seated Matrix rows (underhand grip), 5 sets of bent over barbell rows (reverse grip), 5 sets of standing straight bar curls, 5 sets of Matrix preacher curls and 5 sets of two arm hammer curls on an inclined bench. A bit of a Monday energy slump again. Had to back down the pull weights a bit (120 to 160 lbs) to meet my set goals within the time limits. Curl weights (50 to 80 lbs) remained pretty much on track. Still got a decent pump. The only bad escape is no escape. Hope that everyone had a great day. Always a pleasure to post on the south side of a Monday. Have a great night! Bob
