EACH DAY IS ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY TO BECOME HEALTHIER & STRONGER! 242/300. Brutal Lower Body dumbell training. No leg extension machine at home so made my own. On the extendion I pounded my Quads, which created a maximum flex reaction all around that large muscle! Put those 30’s to good use!
