Changed things up a bit yesterday. Took a break from lifting. Did 4 reps of pushkng the sled amd 4 sets of walking lunges then 15 minutes HIIT on the treadmill. Holy crap my body definitely got confused! I can hardly walk today! Yay! Still totally plateud with weight and waist measurement. Trying to stay the course.
So this year has been a stressful work year, and as much i've kept 3+ workouts a week and fairly healthy eating (including strict Keto for 2 months), weight still crept up. Desk jobs dont help!!! Yeah it's a hit to the ego to say i've been at 200lbs for the past couple weeks but not going to give up. Stress kills you slowly and things need to change!!! Insanity Pure Cardio kicked my butt this morning, time to burn that stress away!!!
