I love a Sunday afternoon workout. Not as brutal as some other workouts I did with the trainer this week, but still challenging! Supersets of deadlifts /planks, back extensions and crunches w/ 25lb plate, leg extensions, more plank moves plus leg curls. Then 5 minutes of non-stop crunches/leg lifts/scissor kicks... Whew!

4 wks and ive dropped my BMI 2%, gone up in muscle and down in fat......can't wait to see what phase 2 brings!!

Delicious stout craft beers, bacon chocolates, and branched out and had alligator yesterday.. Today I lifted all the shiz and ate healthy. Still working on this balance thing😄
