so tonight's workout will be moved to tomorrow so my daughter can join me and I can teach her how to destroy leg day, shoulders and I'll throw in a arm workout for good measure it will be epic!!!

I love these power twig legs!!!! All the crap ive done and these lanky little bastards have never failed me! Climbing, running, swimming, biking and just in general taking a god d@m beating!!! Thank you legs for being mine, i wouldnt change a thing!! To all those killing it today, hammerdown!
