Sunday: Busy weekend here. Friday night I was installed on my school's "wall of fame" for services rendered, I guess, :) Saturday morning was some quick mowing followed by a day trip to a hobby event for the rest of the day with a late-in back home that night. Today was church and brunch and then it was time to haul all of our outside potted plants back outside for the summer. That was the weight lifting workout ... some of the pots weigh in upwards of 50 lbs. So I guess you can say I had cardio and legs! Also cleaned gutters, so more leg work climbing the ladder. Did abs this evening per the usual workout schedule.
