Question?? I c dis dude in the gym rite now, he’s not old but not a 20yr old either!! Hes on the smith machine with a pen and paper, lifting REALLY REALLY LIGHT, doing a MILLION SETS!! I been here since 1:00a and he has only done leg press for a brief second before doing all these inclined sets!!! CAN SOMEBODY TELL ME WHY HE IS DOING THIS??🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️ am i missing something??? What will this do??

Today I will start to prepare for the Open Championships of the southern Netherlands in January (and the Flemish and Belgian championships in February/March)! The goals are to get more power in my punches, so gain force (would be nice to get some muscle definition :p) and to lose some fat!
