An other wise perfect workout turned terribly wrong! I felt very strong, weight flew up faster than I anticipated, and technique felt solid. Deadlifts and heavier goblet squats were awesome and the prowler went seemingly well for the first two rounds... But then the final round we switched from high bar to low bar. Then s*** hit the fan, apparently there's something called "prowler flu" I gotta tell you it's just as bad as the real thing, for a full half hour I felt like death. After calming my breath, walking around trying to keep cool my body could no longer keep its composure. I threw up a tremendous amount of food in the parking lot lolol so yeah that was scary! Not posting this to scare or discourage anyone but man I never experienced something like that in my life and I've used the prowler before. Ill log the workout tomorrow ðð
