Difficult decision today ! trained legs on monday, chest and shoulders yesterday and I'd like to go to the gym again today but I feel my body deserves a little rest. At 65 I don't recover as fast as when I was 20! Moreover rest is one of the 3 pillars of growth with hard training and diet ! So I've decided for a day off today ! I just can't wait to be back at the gym tomorrow! But I know I took the best decision !

A question for the fitfam. Does anybody out here have problems with their fingers frequently going to sleep, especially days after doing hypertrophy arm lifts? It happens to me if I leave my arms at a 90 degree angle for several minutes. I cant figure it out other than guess that since muscles are growing and must be putting pressure on a nerve somewhere. Any thoughts/ feedback?
