If say i miss my cut body, but honestly after putting on 20lbs and doubling my strength output, i feel happier and healthier. My current diet sumed up in one word is Consume. Not junk, not sugar, but just more of everything. I put on 20 lbs and can still see my abs. Idk what youd call it if its not an accomplishment.
