When I Started: Jun, 2007
How I Started: I've been super busy with 2-3 kids for the last few years, and I finally figured out a way to get back into the gym...Started out a long time ago with an EAS Contest...I gained 32Lbs of Muscle and got down to 7% body fat....want to get bigger and a bit leaner this time around.
Why I Love It: I like that I get some time to myself, I look good, and feel good. Seems that I do better at work and home when i'm in good health, I jsut want to take that healthy portion a step further...
How I Stay Motivated: I look in the mirror before I got o bed everynight, and want to look different....better...
BB Accomplishments: I have broken 12 bones in my arms, feet, and hands, and have a lot of trouble with certain excersises (such as benchpress) due to pain. I think that gaining anything mass-wise is an accomplishment, but I know that there are people on this site with 'real' disabilities that are kicking some major ass! So I can't exactly say that i've accomplished anything compared to those people.
