I posted earlier that i broke my ankle and I had my surgery and now i am by the doctors orders in bed rest(elevation). One of my friends also said, to me "when it rains it pours" and well i recently broke-up with my GF also and with this injury, im like DAMN!!
well right now I am still going to uni, so I only have time to do this online personal training thing. But one day I would like to have my own gym for sure.
thanks! its funny, people like yourself telling me to keep it up, because i haven't started yet (well hardly, i just started yesterday). all the good pics are from when i trained before, last year... ahhhh well, i'll get there again. thanks all the same for the kind words! you're looking pretty good yourself!
Welcome. Tell yourself it's just a surprise vacation but well needed by the body and mind BUT that you'll be back at it twice as hard after the layoff. These things happen and just have to deal with it the right way. I'msure your clients also understand and support U. Andre
Worked out very hard so far judging from the traps, arms, chest and abs. Injury a real pain but like you said time to recover, plan a lot of things and your body will be relaxed and able to really give you those workouts once back in the thick of things. Andre
Yes, absolutely living fabulous and healthy is the key to maintain a good and positive attitude every day. Training is coming along very well. I've added 30-45mins,.cardio for my trim down for the summer, and how about yourself?
