hey man. no offense. but i noticed u arent usin ne suppliments and ur 16. u can use no xplode and cellmass man. they jack you up. and they will not harm your body. and your chest and abs and everything look fine. but your forarms are the thing that stick out when girls see you. work a hella lot on those. and your biceps. theyr streached over your long arms so youll have to work hard. just sum frendly advice and tips. ps:im 511 and 150...
