Background

When I Started: Oct 2010
HOW I STARTED:

I've always been interested in improving my person physique but never really was motivated. When me and ancquaintance moved in together he was really into working out. It re-agnited the desire to workout. So now I'm really decated to becoming/looking physically better.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I have learned that not only do I have to weight train but I have to eat properly as well. Being fit is a decision to becoming a healthier person. Thats one of the many contributins about working out that I like, you become a better person all around.

jwarring yea man i never ended up ordering/using it.. Its just better to have a good diet and do cardio to burn fat than anything else. all you have to do is burn more calories than you take it for the most part.. I was able to lose 18lbs in 2 months last time i cut with no fat supps Dec 4, 2010 12:15am

jfthaxton I cheat once or twice a week. As for cardio im in the army so im forced to do it everyday, but i make up stuff also. try some crossfit. it will build some muscle and help drop body fat Oct 25, 2010 12:49am

jfthaxton he is right bro. there is no magic diet. you just have to think about what you eat. Eat in moderation and do some cardio. It all takes time. The first step is to get that motivation level up. Oct 21, 2010 5:17pm
