What is your cardio exercise plan?
i sprint about 60 sec. at 90%,then jog for 90 sec ,then repeat
Do you currently have a workout partner?
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
he had never worked out before so ive taken him under my wing.he keeps me motivated and begges me to go workout every day.
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
i dont care but it does get out of hand,not all the time
