Decrease bodyfat and increase over all confidence.
Goal (Long):
There was a period when I was at my peak, that was 3 years ago. That is when I felt the most confident. I've let myself fall and now is the time to rise up and accomplish my goals. Over the next few months, my goal is to weight 123lbs with 17% bodyfat. I would like it to ultimately be 12%. It is going to take a lot of work. But I've done it before so I know I can do it again! Wish me luck!
Post-workout – Strawberry Myoplex Lite with 1 scoop of Phosphagen HP & half of a banana- This is always in the morning. I never eat anything before I workout (I start my workouts at 5:15am)
