How I Started:
I was always active in hiking, sports, etc. but rcently decided I wanted to take it to the next level and really transform my body.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel after working out and how it's changing my body
How I Stay Motivated:
It's hard to say motivated at times. But I try to change up my work out to keep things different
