I was wondering whether you ever get tingles in your wrist or fingers during or after lifting? I only seem to get it on Incline DB presses, and was interested to see if there is anyone else with a similar problem. Solid build by the way!

you need indurance training i have trained a canadin tri athlete she did the ironman there do a lot of drop sets and super sets with reps up to 100 in a set good luck.

I'm using a few things I have at my house for now. So I was wondering if you had any non-machine substitute exercises for the followings:
-Leg Extensions
-Leg Curls
-Seated Rows
-Weighted Dips [I don't have anything for that]
-Tricep Extensions
