Hey, yea i hear you on being pissed part... i play softball and thats pretty much taking control! i havent been to the gym since december and its pathetic, =( but at least im still doing something and im not letting all my hardwork wash away....hows soccer going?

you need indurance training i have trained a canadin tri athlete she did the ironman there do a lot of drop sets and super sets with reps up to 100 in a set good luck.

Okay, I saw the workout you sent me & I'm going to go for that all in. I'm using a few things I have at my house for now. So I was wondering if you had any non-machine substitute exercises for the followings: -Leg Extensions -Leg Curls -Seated Rows -Weighted Dips [I don't have anything for that] -Tricep Extensions Let me know. I've started a log & now it's my turn to produce the work/nutrition. Thanks, x
