i was a national gold medalist in kung fu i was choosen to be one of the members of the national team that will represent the country in some world class comptitions then i had a serious injury in my knee so i had to stop competing in order not to get worse and in order not to loose the progress i made to my body in the previous 11 years i decided to join the gym then i got involved and may be obsessed and now it s my whole life beside my studying
Why I Love It:
it makes me feel good when someone tell me u have a nice body
How I Stay Motivated:
may be i have motivation more than others because of my age i don t know exactly how

i was 100 kg in this pic it was my first stage i was just bulking
Thought i'd let you know that I've managed to add almost 10lbs in 2/3 weeks. Started eating 3500 calories bout 3 weeks ago and will continue until bout May when i'll start cutting.Hows ur progress?
Thanks very much for the compliment. At the moment I'm trying to bulk and probably will be for about 12 months. What supplements would you reccomend cos I only use whey protein. Cheers
Absolutely. You just need to make sure that, not only are you eating enough quality calories, but also that you are getting enough micro nutrients in your foods, mainly through the proper servings of fruits and vegies. If you do this, you won't need supplements. However, at your size, you should know that that will require a lot of eating! Sometimes a protein shake with an extra few hundred cals is a good thing.
