i was a national gold medalist in kung fu i was choosen to be one of the members of the national team that will represent the country in some world class comptitions then i had a serious injury in my knee so i had to stop competing in order not to get worse and in order not to loose the progress i made to my body in the previous 11 years i decided to join the gym then i got involved and may be obsessed and now it s my whole life beside my studying

Training is excellent...just preparing to head to Vegas for the Mr. O. Working the event and can't wait to go and see all the amazing athletes compete.

My week is going great and training is even better! I'm eating a bit more these days, trying to gain more lean mass..Always good to eat more, makes me happy :) how have you been and how are your workouts/diet?
