Review: The bottle has sturdy construction. Seems large enough for most protein mixing purposes. The screw on lid is a must, I had previously used one that had a pop on lid and it never worked very well; the screw on lid is a must.
As to the lid, occasionally I don't get it screwed on quite right and it leaks, so as with any shaker bottle you have to watch it those first couple shakes to make sure you do have the lid on adequately.
Its a standard, if you're needing one, get it.
