ive been thinking a lot about the tip u gave me.. the only arugement about going on the see food diet ( u see it u eat it) is i dont want to get my waist tooo big..im still thinking about it..
tahnks fot the comment moose,i am hoping to maintain as much muscle as possible but if i lose a litle that will be fine.i would like to cut way down and put lean muscle back on.keep up the goody work.
thats a pretty good tip..im 190lbs right now..i was thinking about bulking up to 200-210ish...cuz right now i just care about adding some size and strength!

Fat loss!!!! As an energy stimulator I think is not a good deal, if you are looking for enery stimulation go to walgreen and buy Stacker!!!! Lipo-6 is just good for fat loss.
