I have been into working out for a few years, but have been lazy for several months. I have gained some serious weight in the past few months and started feeling bad physically.
Why I Love It:
The way working out makes me feel and look (when i stick to it).
How I Stay Motivated:
My kids and my wife keep me motivated.

Hey, BFL actually worked really well. The only thing that concerned me I guess was not taking in enough calories. I was following the plan and it was working though, I think after reading some of the things on this site it put a little scare into me though about losing muscle on it. It's great for cutting and then doing a bulk. I really want to do P90X though.

As for me, moving to Albany this sunday! As soon as I move intend to get back on track!
Good choice...I settled for a 50P/20C/30F diet and so far it is working well for me...How about you, loving your new diet or not?
