Training has been going good. I try to stick to about 80% clean eating year round and maintaining my bf % around 5 or 6% so I don't have to really "diet" until about 4 weeks out.

I'm not a big fan of the keto diet. They have their use for carb loading for an event. But, my experience with a diet in the 30-50g carb/day range is it is only a means to a short term loss. I don't know anyone that doesn't rebound in weight once going off of it and no one that can sustain it for long enough for it to be worthwile. Not to mention, it's miserable.

Check out the book, "Pain free" by Dr. Pete Egoscue for your back issues. It really helped me out. He talks about how to achieve proper joint alignment for increased function and reduced pain. Hope you're doing well. D
