Hey Batman:) Let me first say WOW you have an amazing physique! Currently I am taking courses for personal training and nutrition. I learn a lot by reading fitness publications, trial and error with myself and some of my friends. And I learn so much from people such as yourself who are accomplished competitors and obviously KNOW what to do to lose fat and/or gain mass.

Are you back in the Gym training yet? I am training solo for the next few days so if you feel like joing me I begin training at 8:45. Tomorrow is legs, Thurs-Back and Bi's, Friday-Chest and Tri's.
