Decided to get healthy during college. Stopped smoking, started exercising my last year of college. Started going to the gym when I graduated.
Why I Love It:
Stress relief. Teaches me to remain focused, driven, and goal oriented.
How I Stay Motivated:
At this point, it is programed into me. I know exactly where I will be at 6 PM, and I know what I will be doing. Really, the desire to see change is what drives me.
BB Accomplishments:
Lost 70 pounds after I ran a half marathon at 305 pounds.
Competing in the First State Power Frenzy, and the delaware powerlifting championships. New to this type of training, but still going to try. Competing as RAW drug tested. Need to bring my bech press WAY up.

Decided to take a break this week. Going to go through and change my routine, diet, and suppliments. I am switching over and trying out Beverley International products for a while. I will update soon on my suppliment list to show exactly what I am taking. Hopefully next week I will get some time...
Monday: Chest, shoulders, tri's. I do different exercises each time to try and spur as much growth as possible. I will pick one chest exercise and do 3 sets. Then I pick a shoulder and do 3 sets. I then pick a tricep exercise and do 3 sets. I continue this cycle 3 times. The last cycle is done...
