So, I decided to give Anthony Diluglio's kettle bell fitness test a try. It goes like this... Turkish Get Up, High Pull & Snatch for 30 sec, Should Press 30 sec, Squats 30, Cleans 30, Swings 30, Figure 8 for 30 (switch to other arm), Swings 30, Cleans 30, Squats 30, Shoulder Press 30, High Pull & Snatch 30, and finally the end of the Turkish Get Up (would that be Turkish Get Down?!...

If you were in western PA today, you will understand it was gorgeous! I took my Green MAG and headed to my gym. Since it was so nice I decided to run 1 mile outside and enjoy the fantastic weather. I wasn't pushing to hard or really trying, but I surprised myself. I ran it in 6:31... I haven't actually ran in about a year, so I am very happy! Plus the GM tasted better than any sweet/sugary treat you could imagine. PW kept me kicking through a pretty intense 45 min work out too! I'm amp'd! Just ordered my first tubs of WF, GM, and PW! After all the great things I hear, I can't wait to get started! Thanks everyone that has repp'd CL and CL themselves. Being able to sample a supplement out before purchase, is awesome! It's even better when the supp actually works! Again, thanks everyone! I feel really good about this stack and my work combined!
