fog15 Hey man thanks for the comments. I started about 9 months ago. But I started doing everything right, like a bodybuilder would do. Not a football player. Abs IMO are the easyiest bodypart to get and to keep. You train abs every other day hitting each section of the abs. Also its about what you eat. Cant get abs drinking cokes bro :D.
