Very sincere and genuine comment you left me. Thanks a lot man. I wish you the best with your goals. Keep pushin through with determination and everything will work out bud.
You have the same body I had when I started. Guys like you and me have to eat heaps of good quality food. Hit the supps in between to feed that metabolism. People don't understand how hard it is for us to put weight on. Keep it up bro!
oh okay man. Yeah that makes more plenty sense. But damn man you got a lot of supplements. They must have cost a lot. That must be nice you have all of them becuase you know you wont run out for awhile. Thanks for the heads up
hey man i got a question. why are u taking the same supps and different sizes and the same things such as muscle milk and optimum whey? im jus wondering
Hey man thanks for the comments. I started about 9 months ago. But I started doing everything right, like a bodybuilder would do. Not a football player. Abs IMO are the easyiest bodypart to get and to keep. You train abs every other day hitting each section of the abs. Also its about what you eat. Cant get abs drinking cokes bro :D.
yeah, i gained about 9 pounds on my bulk. since then ive gone down about 4 pounds. I really cut down alot of body fat too, so i gained mostly lean muscle. My bench max also went up by 15 pounds. anyways, good luck with your training.
