I want to weigh 250 by january 2010, without losing muscle.
Goal (Long):
Though overall fat cutting and health gain is the goal, I really need to lose the back and side fat I have gained over the past year or so. I just cant stand seeing my ex's and old friends and knowing they are saying to them selves "damn, what the hell happend to him". I was never Mr. 6pack, but I used to have a flat stomach, good arms, bulky pecks and nice V shape. Just plain and simply want that back...... maybe more.
Hey! Not much going on here... I've eased off on the intensity of my workouts and continue to consume a maintenance calorie level. How are you? Do anything fun for Halloween? I was a fallen angel. The highlight of my costume were my whited-out eyes! Fun stuff!
It is a healthy one---to a point. But I need to find balance because the obsession interferes with everything else. But I had an awesome workout yesterday, it too a little over 90 minutes to get through. I do love the feeling I get after a great workout. I'll always be addicted to working out, but need to balance it with everything else.
I'm obsessive. I couldn't me more obsessive than I am right now which mean no skimping on tomorrow's workout. I'm going to do exactly the same thing I'd do on Wednesdays and Thursdays in one workout. I don't feel good about myself unless I kick my own butt, lol. Most workouts last about an hour, but my delts/abs workout only last 30 minutes. Which means tomorrow I'll do 90 minutes rather than 60. Full body day is typically around 90 minutes, it's my biggest training day.
Hiya! I could be better... joints have been sore lately. All I wanted to do was run steps this morning, and I really couldn't because of my knee. I had to cut my steps workout short by 20 minutes and finish up in the gym on the stupid elliptical. Bleh. Frustrating, to say the least.
Normally 5 days a week, I do a body part split. This week I'm only doing 4 days. Today would normally be an "on" day, but I can hardly walk and hardly lift my arms above my head. It's supposed to be delts/abs day, but I'll just tag it on to tomorrow's back/biceps workout. So I'll still get all the usual stuff in, I'll just have a longer workout tomorrow. And I do a lot of cardio, trying to cut back though.
WOW! You're SOLID! Take it as a compliment that people don't at first believe how heavy you are... IMO, it's better to look lighter than you really are --> because what the heck, muscle weighs a lot! People are usually surprised to hear my weight, too. (That is, until I pop a rear double bi flex, hehe!)
Thank you so much! Natural is definately the way to go. It may take longer but it's well worth it in the long run! Best of luck to you with your training!
