i wanted to be skinny when i was younger so i got a gym membership and went from there
Why I Love It:
it makes me feel good about myself inside and out. I can show women that it isnt about being skinny, its about being healthy and loving yourself. i feel like a role model to other women whose body types wont allow for them to be what society considers thin, but it doesnt matter. i show women that im strong and can do all kinds of cardio and am in great shape and im not skinny. im confident and healthy and knowing that i can give someone else hope that they can love their body even if they arent a size 0 is why i love working out and being a trainer plus im addicted to sweating haha
How I Stay Motivated:
i have to set an example for my clients and always be in the best shape i can be and working out with my fiance is fun and motivating as well
BB Accomplishments:
a few.. losing 100 pounds, dropping my bodyfat by 10%, benching 225.. legpressing my coworkers and of course legpressing over 1200 pounds for reps.. i dare you to challenge me lol

To be able to workout pain free and overcome my adult onset stills disease.
Goal (Long):
I went from powerlifting to not being able to move any part of my body overnight when I suddenly developed an auto immune disease called stills disease which is similar to rheumatoid arthritis. I am now living daily with mild to extreme pain in all my joints from my jaw to my toes and dealing with fevers and inflammation and fluid in my lungs and inflammation around my heart, liver and spleen. My goal is to continue doing yoga, cardio and much lighter weight lifting.

my real dad was in a race car accident last sat aug 8. he flipped the car several times it was a violent crash and he had to be cut out of the car. he's in the icu at brooke army medical center in san antonio. I flew there on sunday to see him and let him know I do love him. he was awake and...
