I started working out when I was 17 years old but then stoped when I was 21 because my daughter was born. I was really unhappy cuz I gained 30 so last October I decided to start all over.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because at the end of the day I feel like Ive accomplished something. I know im stronger then I was when I stepped foot in the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
The results that I have seen in the past 5 months really motivate me. I wanna be Bigger. Plus, the respect you get for the results that you have gotten is unbelievable.
BB Accomplishments:
Ive lost 30Lbs, dropped my body fat from 20% to 6.4%, i gained 3 inches on my arms and lost 6 in the waist.

I was 184 Lbs when I started the gym. I lost 20 Lbs in the first month so I was 164 Lbs in this picture.
I gained 1 inch on the arms so they are 17 now, This is why i want to gain 15 Lbs of muscles. I still feel tiny.
What's up Jose. I used your training system for about 3 weeks and was doing great, but of course everytime something is going good something else has to go bad. Just last week I pinched a nerve in my neck/upper back and haven't been able to do anything since. My hand has been partially numb and my back is a wreck. I go in for an MRI soon because my doc thinks I have a slipped disk. Hope all is well with you and you're still training hard.
Just reviewing your progress and have to say I am impressed. I wish my arms grew as fast as yours have and you have a very balanced physique to boot! Congrats on your progress and keep up the good work.
