A friend and myself started working out at his house for a few months. Soon after we agreed to get a local gym membership.
Why I Love It:
Gives my the feeling of strength... perseverence... hard work...

Wake up every morning to my senior trip beach pictures, and know that i never want to be that person again.

Goal (Long):
cut up around chest area and entire back, more definition in back and arms. increase squat. bench over 500 by summer 2010. decrease body fat percentage below 15%. I want to love what i see in the mirror every day.

I don't recommend my diet to anyone, but, you're welcome to try it...it's called starvation! lol seriously, I keep my carbs below 100g per day and my calories under 2,000. Any more and my belly gets fatter and fatter.
How bout some lifting stats so we can watch your progress. Big guy like you should gain strength quickly no matter where you start at. Good luck in cutting up.
