KoolKuban well its called AP psychology so at the end of the year you tale a exam and if you do good it can count 4 sum college credits but I hope I do good seems hard:o but I have you 4 help:D lol, and you would be:), and yea it'll most likely hurt but that's y I'd have 2 days of rest after:p, and yea I wanna do sum hit training it's really good 4 you, the other day I was trying that on Max incline I was dieing! KoolKuban that's cool I'm taking that as a class next year:o and that's nice if I was little again I'm sure you'd be a pretty cool teacher:) and that sounds good and your seeing results so means it works:D and I do chest, quads/calves, back,shoulders, arms, I'm thinking of adding just like cardio 4 tthe other days but I'm still debating cuz I hate feeling cardio!
