How I Started:
I first stumbled into the gym when i was in secondary school to build a better physique but it was a 'on and off' thing. It was only during my National Service ( Compulsory for all fit Singaporean guys to serve 2 years full-time in army ) when i realised the importance and benefit of fitness that i became serious about working out.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it improves my health and fitness, both mentally and physically. It makes me look good too!
How I Stay Motivated:
Wanting to be fit and healthy for the benefit of the present and future motivates me most. Articles in bodybuilding.com motivates me too.
BB Accomplishments:
No major accomplishment yet. I believe every good workout in the gym is an accomplishment.

Still doing Full-time National Service .( Compulsory for all fit Singaporean men to serve 2 years full-time in army ). On a diving trip at Pulau Dayang, Malaysia. Wasn't serious about bodybuilding yet.
