How I Started:
At the age of 18 I noticed that I have to much fat. I understood that I need sport to improve my body. I started exercising which dont require equipment: pull-up, push-ups, abs exercises. Running and skipping-rope helped me to loose fat. Then I bought dumbells to do more exercises for arms and shoulders. My training was chaotic and not regular. But I achieved my first goal - I was not so fat. So when I turned 22 my body was normal, but not athletic. I was not big and muscular enough. I bought barbel and bench and now I have all necesary equipment to do a real and regular workout. Begining from May 2009 I do 3 workouts a week. My goal is gaining muscles and I want to grow as big as I can naturaly.
Why I Love It:
I love changes with my body which make working out. I become bigger, stronger, feel better and look better.

Good idea. You have thick legs and lower body. This is good, but need to balance upper body by increasing mass upper. What you doing to reach your goals?
