It makes me feel good about myself and forget problems!

Looking at magazines and picturing how much I can transform myself with hard work in the gym and dedication to my diet!

Going from bench max of 115 to 215 in under a year (Now up to 260) Going from 110 pounds sophomore year to 175 pounds senior year
