I wanted to live healthier, get stronger, look better.
Why I Love It:
It keeps you healthy in body and mind, it gives you confidence in yourself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I know that without a strong self-motivation I can't achieve any of my goals. I look at other guys and think: "I can do this too. I get so many good things out of bodybuilding!"
BB Accomplishments:
Since I started, I gained 5-6 kilos and I don't look super skinny anymore :-). I can lift heavier weights.

thanks for the add man! about those exercises... well the best exercise that has helped me to develop my abs is hanging leg raises, for chest, incline presses and for arms... 1 train them with supersets and with circuit training. If you want more detailed info you can write me and we'll see If I can help a bit
well when i was 21 3 years ago i dont believe i had your stats i was probably slightly under 120 so ide say youre doing great. keep it up and thanks also for the comments :)
thanx alot man, ive really just bine eatin cleaner nothin much more than that i dont work my abs out (if i did they'd be way better) byt for arms i love hammer curls and for chest just regular weights workouts
