How I Stay Motivated:
I know that without a strong self-motivation I can't achieve any of my goals. I look at other guys and think: "I can do this too. I get so many good things out of bodybuilding!"
BB Accomplishments:
Since I started, I gained 5-6 kilos and I don't look super skinny anymore :-). I can lift heavier weights.
Thanks for the complements. Im hanging in there. Solo training has it flaws. But im managing it well. Hoefully keep making some gains in this old body..lol. You keep up with your crew and back each other up, cause its what is needed. I would kill for a partner that was just like me. But I am the only one like me. So I suffer. Take care brother.
Awesome Z, I can't wait to see the progress pics, I'm sure you make great gains, you're at the age for great growth as a male bodybuilder... Ah my 20's those were the days when muscles were appearing daily!!! Your lucky, take advantage of that and you'll be a monster by the time your my age!

You have a plan down to the T haha nice. I'm just going to continue a mass program, just lifting and switching movements every so often. I've already got a low body fat % so I should be able to get cut easily if I bulk up.
