I just realized that if I want to stay in shape for the rest of my life that I need to start while I'm young
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel while I'm working out, after, and especially the next day. I love knowing that I'm doing something good for myself and it just feels good all around.
How I Stay Motivated:
Readng articles, thinking about how I feel when I'm being focused, seeing other people accomplish their goals.
BB Accomplishments:
Pretty much just working out for the most part, and developing a love for it

I have always been pretty althletic and have worked out from most of my adult (late teen) life and I love it, my only problem is my nutrition. I want to finally look as lean as I feel. I just want to get serious about my fitness all around. To stay consistant and focused!
Yea so basically I should have hit my nutrition/body fat goal by now considering it's been...I don't know...plenty of weeks to have accomplished it. Anyway I just can't seem to keep myself consistant over 2 weeks! I do good for 2 weeks and then I eat too many snacks or not enough clean food...
