congrats on all ur achievements man how do u work ur lower abs/adonis belt? it looks amazing! (no homo) i do front/side leg raises but it doesnt seem to be working too well

yea hopefully i'll avoid the freshman 15 lol sounds like u've been busy man! im hopin to take up a minor in business or a science field, possibly bio or chem. pharmacy seems like its gonna be a rough 6 years but im hopin the $$$ makes up for it haha i was lookin at ur stats before, great job man! wish i could lift big numbers like those

yea im gonna be living on campus for first year. our school makes us buy semester meal plans so...my diet is whatever the school has, so i'll have to work around that. hopefully my school has somewhat of a clean menu im goin into a 6 year pharmD program at the philadelphia college of pharmacy. where did u go for undergrad/where are u currently?
