have to add another comment that you made a freak'n awesome transformation! Congrats! I wish that I had the sense to take the steps you took when i was your age before college.
Thanks bro! I wish I could fill in that damn gap in the mid lower region. You've made a huge change since last year..something to be damned proud about. So what's your long-term goal now that you've dropped all that fat?
I see. Hopefully your Freshman 15 will be 15lbs of muscle and not fat, lol. I did my undergrad double-majoring in Biochem & Biophysics and Molecular & Cellular Biology at the University of Arizona. I started my first 1.5 years in Aerospace Engineering, and the year after that, Pre-Pharmacy, before settling into what I ended up with. Currently at Oregon State Uni. doing the PhD program in Pharmacology. PharmD's = lots of $$ haha
I stayed at home while I was an undergrad so my dieting was whatever my parents made at our restaurant. It wasn't until I moved out for grad school last July when I started watching my diet on top of the training. What are you planning on studying btw?
Awesome progress man! I think its easier to start as an ecto and get big (my case) than being an endo/meso and losing then getting big. Props to you!
Yeah, I'm actually done with college/undergrad. I'm in my 2nd year of graduate school right now. Are you gonna stay in the dorms or will you have an apartment when you go off? If you get an apartment, your dieting will probably stay on track IMO. In the dorms...ya, that might be rough.
