I was a ballroom dancer in Russia, so when I came to the US I wanted to stay active so I joined a gym and absolutely fell in love with weights, cardio and proper meal planning...
Why I Love It:
I feel extremely accomplished after every workout, also fitness changed my life and I compete to inspire people to achieve their personal best and watch their lives change!
How I Stay Motivated:
I remember what my grandma said to me when I was little "Live your life in such a way that when it is all said and done and you look back at it, with peace in your heart you can say that you lived it to the fullest and you have no regrets, that if you would do it again, you would live it exactly the same!..." So with that on my mind it is easy and exciting to live every day like it is my last one, and believe me my last day would not be complete without an amazing all out workout!
Also, being an IFBB Figure Pro I always stay in shape always ready for photoshoots and to inspire others!

To get ready for Cal Pro Figure May 24th and to get in great shape for a couple upcoming photoshoots...
To do 20 pull ups run a mile under 6 min
Goal (Long):
I want to become an overall elite complete athlete and not just look like it. Being an IFBB Figure Pro I already look like a great athlete, but I want to be able to do over 20 perfect pull ups under a minute, I want to run a mile under 6 min, improve my swimming speed so I can get a great time on my next marathon, do a triatholon and win the OC Mud Run this year (I came in second in 2006)!
Also, I am starting my contest prep for IFBB Cal Figure Pro on Monday, February 25th, so my goal for that one is to bring my absolutely BEST package in my pro run so far!
Great pictures, Zhanna, and excellent to see that you are pursuing athletic goals as well as aesthetic ones. 20 Pullups in under a minute is intense: you planning on doing them wide-gripped, pronated or supinated etc.?
Hey there Zhanna; Your pics look super AWESOME!! Good luck with continued success in your career... BTW, I used to live there next door in Mission Viejo and coached at Saddleback College. Best regards, Scott
Thank you for the Add may you havea great year and keep living your life like your granmother told you liveyour lifetothe fullest.
And Blessed you will be.
