Today, I did rope jumping this morning and it was really good, i think it's the best way to lose body fat, because when you jump you move your muscles and at the same time you burn a lot of calories. I did 10 x 100 in about 20 min. I did 100 reps in 50 sec. and rest for 50 sec. I love it..
