I used to workout regularly in early 2000. Then I stopped and eventually led a total sedentary lifestyle. I had health problems.
So, I tried to turn my life around and started working out again.
Why I Love It:
Seeing results, no matter how small or trivial it may seem. Feeling increased strength and stamina. I feel more "alive" after a workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I know I need to stay healthy to live longer, not only for myself, but also for my family. Also, not only do I feel healthier but I look healthier. I can see results little by little. My medical tests also improve which is proof that I am getting healthier.
As far as I can remember, I've always been chubby. As I grew older, I've began to wonder how it feels like to be strong, muscular, and fit. I've never been athletic not like other guys, but I eventually realized that you don't have to be athletic to be fit. I want to have a six pack and be proud of what I could achieve with my body. I want these changes to be obvious even with my clothes on! I want to live a healthy lifestyle and influence my family to do the same. I want to be really proud of my new body in 2010!
What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I eat regularly and stick to 1-cup rice per meal (as the doctor ordered). I eat mostly tuna or fish and stick to lean meat. Peanuts or banana's in between meals.

So, this is BodyBlog. I couldn't believe I'm actually doing this. Ok. Fine. I'm doing this. Yeah, I got curious and I'm trying this just because it's here. I have my mutiply to blog, not to mention blogger and wordpress, so why am I here? Well, again, because it's available to me, so why not...
It's supposed to enhance free naturally occurring testosterone. I've been taking for a week now. Oks naman, L na L lang lagi and the workouts are good, energy is high.
Haha yeah true that man... Seems like your eating well though. My diet includes something with meat of course to get protein cuz i'm not taking any protein shakes at the moment.. I try to make rice of dinner most of the time and add veggies. I like to have what's called Naked juice in the morning I dunno if you've heard of that but it's a brand name Naked and they make smoothies juices and protein shakes I won 3 month supply of it :)
Ah right on man good to have time!! Yeah been working on building lean muscle..
Keep working hard bro and you'll lean out in no time.. Are you on a healthy diet?
Yeah i've been busy and my old camera broke so i just got this new one couple days ago actually.. It's all good though college is great and still try'n to stay strong ya know.. How bout yourself? How's everything?
Hey man, thanks for the message. You will do fine, give it a year and you will be ripped, its actually not that hard, just keep it up every week and calories down a bit.
I noticed you weigh yourself a lot. This is a bad practice and it will become a mental obsession. Only weigh once or twice a week max and don't take too much notice, as long as its going down every month is what is important.
Good luck bro
How is everything going for you, hopfully all is well. I would recommend a 5 day split to start out with maybe 2-3 cardio days. I am glad you like my workout plan, and if you need any help setting up one of you own please let me know. Happy lifting and have a good one.
I am honored that my transformation inspires you. I too workout in alabang both at Gold's and Slimmers. I box at Elorde in Sucat and am opening my own gym in BF Homes next month. Strength and honor my friend!

Im sure that you will achieve your goals with hard work! Never let up brother! Keep me posted..
Haha thanks man.. Yeah the thing for me is I'm not very consistent and that's a major key to bb... Keep up on the grind man and you'll be able to achieve your goals...
