Background

When I Started: no information entered
HOW I STARTED:

When I was around 16, I was in a relationship with someone who lived and died by the gym...and it got me focused and motivated in a way that made me want to do the same. The rest, as they say, is history...

WHY I LOVE IT:

It frees me. The gym is my sanctuary, a place all my own to lift, grow, move. As hard as it is sometimes, it has made me who I am today. With all the stress in today's world, something I'd like to encourage is to look at the gym as the new anti-depressant. I've experienced immeasurable heartache witnessing those close to me seek happiness with a pill or drug. That has made me realize that having a healthy, positive constant in life like the gym is the best present you can give yourself...both physically and mentally.

On a six-day-a-week split, hitting all body parts twice a week. I hit cardio and abs every day.

LEG ROUTINE SUGGESTIONS

I'm looking for a new leg routine...something heavy and intense to really pop my quads. I train 6 days a week, everything twice, and have been going heavy. Heavy squats, extensions, ham curls, ham falls, lunges, etc. So, I'm looking for something new to mix things up...and I want results, so don't hold back on me. Send me your routines, guys! THANKS!

Move Weight

So I went heavy on chest yesterday during my chest/tri workout, and, boy, am I really feeling it today. Went heavy on bench and incline. Did 4 sets each, unassisted. Flat was 4 sets at 135, compounded with db flies and pushups. Then, heavy incline, 4 sets...first 2 at 95, second 2 at 115. Today I went heavier on straight-leg deadlift. 145. Could definitely still go up. Also did 525 on press. Hard, but could probably go up there, too.

Squat Attack!

Moved up in weight in my squat today...155. Did 4 compound sets with heavy leg extensions. Finally seeing some cuts in my legs...have a ways to go, but was pretty happy with it!
