I changed my mind. As much as I still need to gain weight for mass, I now think my goal is to look like a bodybuilder. The mass is only a part of it. I eventually want people to see me in sleeveless shirts and think... "Damn!"

It's nice to be to the point where working out is part of the priority, that I don't feel like it takes away from my time. It has become something that I look forward to on workout days, and I only miss it if work kicks my @ss and the day drags on too long. Tonight, I dove into my full body...

Yeah...kids are good for having birthdays and keeping us off our diets! lol Keep up the workouts man! You can afford to eat...just lift hard and heavy!!!
I know my heavy bag out in the shed will be a cool place to work out very shortly. Right now it's nice. 50's at night makes it a great place to work up a sweat, but when we start hitting 20's and lower, not so much.
Glad to hear that everything has been going well for you. I've been doing pretty good on my meals and diet. Usually once every two weeks, I will load up on a bunch of food and shock the hell out of my metabolism (read in Muscle Mag). Other than that, work outs have been going great
Thank you very much. As soon as I get off of work, I head straight over to the gym. I have a universal fitness cente in my garage, so when I get bored or have to miss a work out, then I am still able to get a work out in.

thanks for the compliment... its my halloween costume that comes close to me.. i loved it!! i just added the one eye patch to look like a villian and my swords are old..i use to do martial arts..i have a collection of swords..have a great nite..lol
I've never tried an inversion table. My wife tried one for her back problem, but it didn't help. Maybe it's my turn though :-) Thanks for the suggestion.
