I’m going try to double my muscle mass by the time I turn 18. I also want to become more flexible so I can do more. My flexibility sucks so yoga will be a big part of my workout as well.
I’ve always been skinny and scrawny and I was never interested in doing any sports so I decided to take up bodybuilding
