Awsome gains in my opinion. Are you taking any supplements or protein powder. I'm working with regular diet at this time...I may consume large quanities of Protein if my body weight keep dropping. I want to GAIN!

basketball tournaments starting for summer. ive had 2 and now i have another in 2 weeks. So i had to get back into basketball condition. Then i have Hawaii vacation, so the beach as well. Mid august, i will be bulking until march/april.
