I trained with weights all through high school, but I am just getting started again after taking years off.
Why I Love It:
Love the energy, the feeling, and the excitement of building my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
Bodyspace keeps me motivated! Seeing everyone working hard to make their body look their personal best keeps me motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
Although I have not had any major bodybuilding accomplishments. In 2009, I completed P90X for three rounds, and it motivated me to start training to compete for 2010. I am now lifting and doing more than ever.

Goal (Long):
In 2009, I started the year with a round of P90X, but after finishing the 90 days I was still very motivated to train. Therefore, I started lifting more and doing 5K and cross-country runs to stay active. I enjoyed cross-training, and the energy I had was amazing. Therefore, my obsession has grown to a new attitude of complete dedication to taking care of my body. I want to help others feel and understand they can love their body in the same way I love my own. LOVE YOUR BODY!
Your story is very inspirational. I was a single dad at 21, and I now have a 14 year old daughter. You look great, and I think it is awesome you are representing Colorado in women's body building.
Lil Kris keeps me motivated! She is a rock star, and I think her story is very inspiring from the yellow bikini. Keep up the great work! Watch her for great things....
I work out 6 days a week at 5:45 am. I start with 10 minutes of incline treadmill to warm up the body, and I follow that with a 40-55 minute lifting/cardio routine.

I live a bit NW of Denver.. westminster/arvada area.. I have a ton of 7 day free trial passes if you ever wanna come train. I am friends with all the trainers at Ballys.. I am deff down for a partner workout. I just got these incredible max out "300" workouts pretty damn intense I am stoked to try um out!
Hey thanks for the blog comment! : ) I usually grill a bunch of extra chicken to but man, I am about sick of chicken! lol I have been resorting to a lot of protein shakes for in between meals and using things like black beans or bison this week.. On the upside I have already managed to track down a gym by my brother's house in Seattle for when I go on vacation in a week.. Planning=Success Right?? How frequently do you come out of the mountains?
