At first it was just a side thing to kill time. Months pass by and i noticed result. Then i stopped for a for about a year and been off and on since then. Now i started again this year and taking it seriously and loving the result. Im going all the way!
Why I Love It:
Love the feeling after working out, i feel so fresh and ready to do anything.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the result feels great. Knowing that if i keep going i will be better than now. Half of my motivation is thru my friends and music.
Back then i was 215 lbs, then i started working out and got my weight down to 175. From then i realized transfoming my body to where i am now feels good. Now i weight 185 and tyring to keep it on that level. My goal is to cut down a lot of body fat as well. Knowing that i lost weight and i could wear smaller sizes of clothes than before makes me feel proud of myself and my hardwork that i did.

# Front Raise with Olympic Bar 2 sets x 10 reps
# Bent Over Dumbbell Laterals 3 sets x 10 reps
