How I Started:
I began working out when I was 13. I was hooked from the start, however with baseball injuries and a near terminal series of illnesses during my sophmore year in high school I was taken away from my passion. Although the illnesses kept me from doing what I love, I soon found my passion for working out and nutrition even greater. I began working out again once I could get out of bed and walk, and til this day am continuing to do so.
Why I Love It:
I love everything about bodybuilding. Being healthy and seeing reults, there is no better feeling than being rewarded for hard work.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated primarily because I'm a perfectionist and never think anything is good enough, whatever it may be there is always room for improvement.
